Scope

The general theme of this year's forum, which will take place on May 17, 2015, will be focused on “Towards a Smarter City” which includes sessions on: Smarter City, sustainable impact on citizen's lives and culture; Smarter City, the goals and targets; and Smarter City, the technology challenges and solutions. The main topics in these sessions will be presented and discussed by six prominent invited international speakers followed by a panel discussion. The forum will be open to academics, researchers, and industry professionals from the fast growing ICT sectors in the UAE and the region. The first International Conference on Information and Communication Technology Research (ICTRC2015) will be held this year in conjunction with the forum in Abu Dhabi, UAE in the period 18 − 19, May 2015. The accepted research papers at the conference will be presented in six main tracks on Communication & Networking; Signal Processing, Circuits, and Systems; Computer and Information; Big Data, & Data Analytics; Information Security; and ICT Convergence & Emerging Trends. The oral and poster presentations will be divided into sixteen specialized sessions over the two days of the conference. As part of the conference, EBTIC is organizing a Workshop on Smart City with a theme on “Towards a Smarter City; in the Local Context” which will be held on May 18, 2015. SJR

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.

Citations per document
