Welcome to the 22nd International Conference on Systems, Signals and Image Processing (IWSSIP 2015) organised by the School of Mathematics, Computer Science and Engineering at City University London on 10-12 September, 2015. The conference is held at the Mermaid Conference Centre, London. IWSSIP 2015 brings together researchers and developers from both academia and industry to report on the latest scientific and theoretical advances to discuss and debate major issues and to demonstrate state-of-the-art systems. IWSSIP was founded in June 1994 by the late Professor Kalman Fazekas, from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, as a scientific event dedicated to disseminate high quality research in terms of theory, systems and applications of signal and image processing, and to attract the interest of and stimulate the potential of young researchers. The conference covers a large scientific audience and has always attracted a wide range of participants from all over the world. This year’s IWSSIP conference is hosted by City University London and is technically sponsored by the IEEE UK and Ireland Section and the IEEE UK and Ireland Signal Processing Chapter.

SJR

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'.
