Scope

TCLEE Monographs are intended to advance the state-of-the-art in engineering lifelines to withstand the effects of seismic hazards. Many TCLEE Monographs contain the findings of investigative teams that assessed the damage caused by a particular earthquake. Other TCLEE Monographs examine issues relevant to particular lifelines, including electric power and communications facilities; gas and liquid fuel systems; ports and harbors; transportation infrastructure; and water and wastewater systems. TCLEE Monographs are the work of committees that draw members from engineering firms, lifeline industries, and research institutions. Originally sponsored by the Technical Council on Lifeline Earthquake Engineering, TCLEE Monographs are now sponsored and approved by ASCE's Infrastructure Resilience Division.

SJR

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.

Citations per document

This indicator counts the number of citations received by documents from a journal and divides them by the total number of documents published in that journal.
