Conférence Internationale sur l'Analyse, l'Évolution et la Réingénierie
Logicielles à Montréal, Québec, Canada ! Welcome to SANER 2015, the 22nd IEEE International
Conference on Software Analysis, Evolution, and Reengineering in Montreal, Quebec, Canada!
SANER is the premier research conference on the theory and practice of recovering information
from existing software and systems. It combines the Working Conference on Reverse
Engineering (WCRE) series, i.e., the premier conference series on the theory and practice of
recovering information from existing software and systems, and the European Conference on
Software Maintenance and Reengineering (CSMR) series, i.e., the premier European
conference series on the theory and practice of maintenance, reengineering, and evolution of
software systems. SANER 2015 follows the highly successful IEEE CSMR-WCRE Software
Evolution Week, held in Antwerp, Belgium, in 2014.
SANER 2015 takes place in Montréal, Québec, Canada from Monday, the 2nd of March to
Friday, the 6th of March 2015 and is preceded by the 4th PolyMORSE Open Workshop (PLOW)
and the Consortium for Software Engineering Research 2015 Spring Meeting (CSER). SANER
2015 promotes discussion and interaction among researchers and practitioners about the
development of maintainable systems, and the improvement, evolution, migration, and
reengineering of existing systems. It also explores innovative methods for extracting the many
kinds of information of interest to software developers and examines innovative ways of using
this information in system renovation and program understanding. SANER 2015 features
technical research paper sessions, workshops, tutorials and technical briefings, an early
research achievements track, an industry paper track, a tool demonstration track, a doctoral
symposium, and a special track on international research projects within the field of software
maintenance and reengineering.
