Proceedings of the 2015 World Environmental and Water Resources Congress held in Austin, Texas, May 17-21, 2015. Sponsored by the Environmental and Water Resources Institute of ASCE. This collection contains 266 papers on the challenges of balancing demands and resources in all aspects of environmental and water resources engineering. Papers from the following symposia are included: 12th Urban Watershed Management Symposium; 13th Symposium on Groundwater Hydrology, Quality, and Management; 17th Annual Symposium on Water Distribution Systems Analysis; 3rd Annual Symposium on Desalination and Water Reuse; and the 2015 Hydro-Climate Symposium on Modeling Climate Change. Additional topics include hydraulics and waterways; education and research; irrigation and drainage; coastal flood risks; water, wastewater and stormwater management; emerging and innovative technologies; municipal water infrastructure; sustainability; and history and heritage. This proceedings will be of interest to practitioners as well as government and academic professionals, providing the latest case studies, research, and public policy information. SJR

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.

This indicator counts the number of citations received by documents from a journal and divides them by the total number of documents published in that journal. The two years line is equivalent to journal impact factor ™ (Thomson Reuters) metric.
