This is the first time that the International Technical Conference and Exhibition on Packaging and Integration of Electronic and Photonic Microsystems (InterPACK) and the International Conference on Nanochannels, Microchannels and Minichannels (ICNMM) will jointly hold their conferences together. InterPACK/ICNMM 2015 program will feature more than 600 presentations consisting of 400 technical papers and 200 technical presentations only (TPOs) as well as 10 outstanding panels, 30 technology/science seminars by distinguished scholars, 30 outstanding invited session speakers, keynote talk by prof. Arun Majumdar (Stanford University), four tutorials, student poster competition session, women career panel and graduate student workshop, and finally ASME Journal of Electronic Packaging (JEP) workshop.
