Scope

Under the generous auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may Allah protect him – Al Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University organizes the First International Conference on Anti-Cybercrime in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The conference is in response to the interest in cybercrime, which has created a challenge that threatens the security of society based on the recent statistical information. As information technology becomes widely used to handle most of aspects of global communication, the level of cybercrime has increased considerably. The field of cybercrime is a multidisciplinary area that includes law, computer science, finance, telecommunications, and data analysis. This conference provides an insight on the need for awareness of the dangers of cybercrime on the security of the individual and on humanity. The conference also shows the sanctions of cybercrime stipulated by law along with solutions that enhance information security protection. Furthermore, the conference presents a variety of contemporary perspectives on issues related to cybercrime. This conference brings together professionals from academia and industry as well as government officials from all over the world who have expertise in issues related to cybercrime and digital forensics. The conference program includes many activities such as presentations of peer-reviewed papers, workshops, lectures, posters, exhibitions, invited tutorials, and opportunities for interaction. The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.
