Scope

The International Conference “Engineering & Telecommunication - En&T 2015” was held at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology /MIPT/ on the base the leading technical university in Russia on November 18–19, 2015 It was the eighth International conference on new breakthrough technology in the field of Computer Science and its applications, which was organized by MIPT together with foreign partners. Since the Conference 2013, which was held in Larnaca (Cyprus), the conferences have been officially supported by the IEEE Computer Society. Present Conference was focused primarily on contemporary problems of Engineering, Telecommunication and Information Technology and was dedicated to the 115-th birth anniversary of academician Mikhail Lavrentyev-one of the founders of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Under the guidance of Academician Lavrentyev were created the first Soviet computers. He was one of the pioneers of computer science in Russia, and the Soviet Union. Proceedings include 24 papers of more than 140 reports presented at the Conference by the specialists from Russia, USA, Ireland, Israel, India, Vietnam, Poland, Luxembourg, Cyprus. These papers were selected based on peer reviews by Program Committee Members and other invited reviews following to IEEE standard procedures. We hope the presented results of the investigations will generate considerable interest of the researchers and specialists, students and postgraduate students. We would like to express our appreciation to all contributors for their work, to all reviewers for their valuable comments, and to all Members of the Conference Committees. The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.
