Scope

"Ophthalmology. Eastern Europe" is an international peer-reviewed scientific and practical journal. The journal covers topics related to diagnostics and treatment of ophthalmological disorders. The journal publishes original research papers, reviews, case histories, articles on diagnostics and treatment of ophthalmological disorders, information on medications. It is targeted at ophthalmology professionals, eye surgeons and pediatric ophthalmologists. The ideological orientation of the journal is jointly determined by Belarusian and Ukrainian editorial boards. The journal is a source of fundamental and clinical knowledge. The majority of Belarusian and Ukrainian scientists, and scientists from other countries choose "Ophthalmology. Eastern Europe" to publish their theses. Join the conversation about this journal

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.
